Hello,
No it is not so.
The fee structure for the above mentioned courses of engineering is 2,50,000 in the STM UNIVERSITY'S main campus and it is according to the official website of SRM UNIVERSITY.
This is the original fee structure.

SRM showing this information in only at Counciling aditorium Hall Rank 1-25000 Tution Fee is 2, 50,000 & Rank above 25000 Tution Fee is 3,50,000 for Mech, EEE, and 2 more streamsi went for counciling yesterday and i got shocked.
