Hello Priyanka I am sorry to inform you that your JEE mains percentile is very low you will not ever to get a seat in IPU college for BTech in CS or any other branch. I suggest you to go for preparation and study hard you will surely get a good percentile and a collage of your wish which will be much better than IPU college next year.

With your score chances to CSE in IPU are quite less but yes there are some chances. 

But yes you can get other branches there. Also, it depends on your 12th score too. Generally, they allow ranks under 2 lakhs in Jee. 

Moreover,  I suggest you once to talk their helpline for admissions and they will surely guide you in the best possible way and help you in getting admissions there.
