The candidate must  have a pass in the 10+2 or its equivalent exam  with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and either of the mentioned subjects,  Chemistry,  Biology,  Biotechnology,  and Computer Science as optional subjects with 60% marks in 10+2 course.
