Well as per this year's cutoff ranking Round 6 JoSAA, you can expect to get CS at NIT Srinagar in the 7th Round. Each Round has a capability of varying over 2k ranks if students applying are less. In this case, you have a fair chance to get CS at NIT Srinagar in the 7th Round under your Home State Quota.

According to me, you would get CS in 6th/7th round. Closing ranks change vastly in last round due to seat withdrawl at a mass scale. Please do not panic. I understand you are on borderline of the rank required for this branch. But you will get it. Be patient.
