Hope you are doing well. The answer for your question is Yes. You can get a seat in CMRIT for Information Science Engineering with this rank. Last year, the cutoff rank for CMRIT for IS was 18,987 for GM category. Even this year, it is expected to be the same as previous year. So you have chances of getting IS in CMRIT.
