Dear student, if you have been allotted a seat in Josaa Counselling, then if you register for special rounds you will have to cancel your seat in IIT and withdraw from Josaa Counsellinga and then proceed to special rounds. If you haven't been allotted a seat via Josaa, then you can proceed simply for special rounds.

Yes ofcourse you're on the verge of losing it definitely because once the seats are alloted then confirmation has to be done for seeking admission however if you wish to try for other rounds it will be on your own risk and stake. Admission confirmation fee has to be submitted for the allotment.
