Hey. According to you result and your rank you won't be able to get into mait delhi. Also you are from outside Delhi you won't be getting the delhi quota. Don't get disheartened try for other colleges. It's difficult for you to get a government college at this rank. But you can try for private colleges like SNU etc in Delhi.

MAIT  is one of the deemed colleges of india for engineering. Thus it is a top tier college which definitely has a really high cut off. It's maximum closing rank goes around 3,000 for outside Delhi region. Sorry to inform but this year you couldn't make it to mait.

Admissions to Indraprastha University, Delhi B.Tech Courses will be done on the basis of rank obtained in JEE Mains Paper 1 conducted by NTA for first time. Previously CET was conducted for such purpose. Thats why it is quite difficult to predict the college on the basis of your rank this year. But yes according to me you should be able tto get admission but you may not get your preffered branch.
