With 35% marks you will get lower branch .But don't worry.if you work hard in your studies during first year and got highest cgpa than you will be promoted to CSE branch if there is any seat left in this branch. Most of the times 1 or 2 seats always left in this branch. So work hard in first year and upgrade your branch.

But before coming to any conclusion wait for the rank . After getting the rank check the cutoff of different branches and than fill the counseling. Fill every branch in the counselling . For More details visit:-
