As you have not mentioned you category considering in general category here are some colleges in Telangana which you can get with their general cutoff marks

Government medical college, Nalgonda - 502

Government medical college, Suryapet - 503

Rajiv Institute of medical science Adilabad - 517

Other than this colleges you also have decent chances to get private colleges through government quota
