According to the last year's records,

IIIT Nagpur gave seats for the electronics Branch in the extended round of allocation.

GFTI aurangabad and the other asked henceforth don't really provide seats at this rank. 

The rank distribution may change according to this year's paper challenge and the number of candidates who applied this year.

I am sorry to tell you that there is no chance for you to get admission in any of the branch in any colleges you listed above that are National Institute of Technology,  Nagpur , Indian Institute of Information Technology, Nagpur  , Indian Institutes of Information Technology,  Pune  and National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology, Aurangabad ( GFIT )

At this rank, you might won't get anything in NIT Nagpur, IIIT Nagpur, and IIIT Pune. You might get some other lower ranked colleges such as NIT Nagaland, Agartala, Manipur, etc. I would suggest you to apply for private colleges that accept JEE Main's rank such as Thapar, JIIT, etc. Below is the link for the list of top private colleges that accept JEE Main's rank.
