Hello .
Congratulations for your rank.
But I regret to inform you that you might not get CV raman college of engineering with 4 lakh general rank.
Previous years cut off for branches like cse under general was 3 lakh.
But you can definitely contact their college admissions department for direct admission or through management seats.
