Hello Sejal,
Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national-level post-graduate entrance exam that is jointly conducted by the seven IITs (Bombay, Delhi, Kanpur, Guwahati, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee) and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore for admission to M.Tech programmes offered by government as well as many private institutes.
GATE 2019 was organized by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras in online mode on February 2, 3, 9 and 10, 2019.
COAP is conducted by IITs (IIT Madras in 2019) to facilitate admissions of aspirants in M.Tech programs of IITs. The candidates after applying to the IITs of their choice on the basis of the GATE scores, have to necessrily apply for COAP.
CCMT is conducted for admissions to M.Tech programs of NITs by different NITs (NIT Rourkela in 2019).
As for your question, you have a good chance of getting admitted in M.Tech programs in COEP ad VJTI.

As for your question, you won't be able to get government jobs or IITs with this score. You might be able to get middle to lower tier NITs. As for College of Engineering Pune, you should definitely be able to get that.

VIT (Vellore Institute of Technology) and College of Engineering Pune are two different types of college. That is VIT is a private institute and COEP is government institute.
The fees in VIT is very high when compared to COEP college. In terms of placement, a good student can get placed by studying anywhere. Also, when going to VIT hostel fees, and similar expenses would increase the amount of the fees to be paid per year. There are pros and cons everywhere. Where would you like to study is what matters the most.
Placements are offered by both the institutes but in the end it will depend upon the skills of the student.
If you still have any queries feel free to ask in the comment section down below.

Vivek,
COEP MODE OF ADMISSION
COEP TAKES admission through MHCET score not through JEE MAINS.
You need to give MHCET(STATE LEVEL ENGINEERING ENTRANCE EXAM OF MAHARASHTRA).
if you get veru good rank in MHCET then only you will get COEP.
Ancient buildings with best modern touches is a most famous building in college Overall 36 acres campus, River view and 7 8 department buildings, 2 canteens and 2 auditoriums, 1 sbi bank and atm is also inside.
The labs and their corresponding equipment are of the highest quality and majority of the faculty are experienced professionals. Classrooms are mediocre in terms of design and comfort as is the WiFi network. Libraries and sports facilities are good. Canteen is clean and hygienic however the Boat Club canteen could do with some work.
The College of Engineering Pune is very prestigious for its impressive infrastructure, which basically enhances the student experience on the campus. Classrooms are also well equipped with the Projectors, digital learning tools and also are very spacious.
