Yes definitely you can get admission into COEP whether or not you studied from Maharashtra. The only thing you need to carry is the domicile certificate and you can get into MHTCET or you can apply through JEE mains 2019 through Counseling. Do remember about the documents you need to carry.

Placements are really good for this college as it's  one of the top institute for engineering.Major recruiters such as Snapdeal ,E bay visited the campus and offer a packages of 18 LPA ,15 LPA, 13 LPA. Banking companies such as Citi Corp, Credit Suisse, Goldman sachs, Barclays offer packages of 10 LPA, 12 LPA, 15 LPA. NVIDIA,HP,Symantec,Visa also visited the campus and offer packages in the range of 8-12 LPA. Average package of Comp IT student is 6-7LPA. This is all about software companies.
Lets move on to core company placement. Bajaj,TCE,Black nVeatch, Crompton Greaves, L&T, Jindal Steel, Dar Al Handasah,TCS,Mahindra,Titan,Bharat Forge , Kalyani Steel, Ford,WhirlPool are some of the companies visited the campus for placement.The package offer to the core branch students is between 4-5.5 LPA.
Apart from these mass recruiters like Cognizant,Wipro,Infosys,Accenture also visit the campus. Each of these company takes nearly 100-150 student irrespective of branch. Every year nearly 80% student get placed.
Every company has its own aptitude test,technical test followed by personal interview.

For Mtech the cutoff for COE Pune is simillar to of NIT's. So, if you are not qualified for the GATE exam then i am sorry you can't get into COE Pune considering any category.

they will accept jee mains paper-1 and mht cet scores,but they mainly do admission on the basis of mht cet 2019 only.so better you can prepare for it.

yes,you can apply for COEP with MHT CET score.you can claim reservation under all india reservation,but you may compromise with your desired branch (due to maharastra reservation candidates).other state candidates can apply for MHTCET via jee and mht cet marks.
