Hope you are doing well.
92 percentile in JEE Mains can get you a CRL rank of around 70,000 and an OBC Category rank of around 20,000.
Being a girl, you definitely have an advantage.
But since both PICT, Pune and COEP, Pune both admits candidates on the basis of their MHT-CET ranks, we won't be able to predict your chances.

Given MHCET in PCB. N given JEE mains got 71percentile. Can I get admission in COEP for Mech eng. In 12th I got 75%. In 10th 90%. CBSC.

Actually the admission process mainly depends on the MHCET marks i.e 75% of the importance is taken from the CET exam marks so the minimum cut off marks for the mechanical branch is above 188. So wait for the CET results.

For 4-yr Engineering, To get into these colleges their is only one way, through MH-CET, there are different cut-offs for each branch depending on the reservations, below are.cut-offs for open category,
Mechanical, 180+
ENTC,185+
Electrical, 175+
Computer, 187+
Information Technology, 160+
Production Engineering, 140+
Metallurgy, 135+
Instrumentation and control, 145+
Civil, 170+
Town Planning, 120+

For PwD category, cut-off depends on the college. It might differ by 20-30 marks.

I got 57 percentile in jee am I got Coep college in pune

sorry to disappoint you that your percentile in jee mains is too low which is 57 percentile,

so you might not able to get Coep college in pune,then there are 2 options for you either you can get admission in any private college for engineering or you can take dropout for one year for more practice.

i haven't submitted the online application form due to some reason still can i get the admission in the college on the basis of mhtcet?

This is not possible since they don't have your records. So why will they call you for Counseling? Still you can call them and ask if you can go to them directly and submit your details or not. I think it is the only possible way.

College of engineering Pune( COEP) and VJTI are one of the premium colleges in Maharashtra and very well to opt for.
For 4-yr Engineering, To get into these colleges their is only one way, through MH-CET scores.

Only the diploma people can try for DSY admission into COEP through the diploma scores. But for degree people you need a valid MHCET score to get into COEP at any year.
Generally it's difficult but you can try.

Ancient buildings with best modern touches is a most famous building in college Overall 36 acres campus, River view and 7 8 department buildings, 2 canteens and 2 auditoriums, 1 sbi bank and atm is also inside.

College Infrastructure

The labs and their corresponding equipment are of the highest quality and majority of the faculty are experienced professionals. Classrooms are mediocre in terms of design and comfort as is the WiFi network. Libraries and sports facilities are good. Canteen is clean and hygienic however the Boat Club canteen could do with some work.
