DIAT, Pune offers Ph.D programme in various areas of research. The fee structure also varies as per category of the student. Selected candidates for the Ph. D programs are required to pay INR 31,000/- per semester (for Gen & OBC) and INR 18,000/- (for S.C. & S.T.). DRDO Sponsored category students are required to pay INR 50,000/- per semester and Self-Sponsored category students are required to pay INR 15,000/- per semester (for Gen & OBC) and INR 10,000/- (for SC & ST). Students should also note that fee payable up to submitting the thesis by candidate is prescribed by the college from time to time.
The M.Tech course fee structure at DIAT, Pune varies as per category of enrolled students. Fee structure is also different for DRDO, DGQA, Tri- Services, Coast Guards sponsored students, DPSU/PSU/ Industry sponsored students and Scholarship Category students.
