APS College of Education, Meerut was established in the year 2008 as an affiliate college for teacher training. The college is compact and has campus area of 2.67 acres in Uttar Pradesh, India. This college provides the learning of two major courses: D.El.Ed, and B.Ed, which focuses on train teachers. This institution accommodates 343 learners with a faculty of 26 dedicated teachers. The APS College of Education is NCTE approved and aims towards working for mounding competent passionate teachers for the classrooms of tomorrow. 

It also has different ways through which it offers facilities to its students. The institution has boys and girls hostels separately and an intake capacity of 100 students in each one. The rooms in the hostels are spacious, hygienic, and well-ventilated. The living arrangements are on a twin-sharing basis. As the college thinks that student health is very important, so various medical facilities are available on campus. Full-time doctor along with ambulance facility is present round the clock for emergency cases.

The admission criteria for the D.El.Ed. course include marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or performance in an entrance examination. Thus, the B.Ed. course too, has an admission process which is merit-based—directly proportional to the marks of the qualifying examination and/or entrance test results.
