MATS School of Education, Raipur, was established in the year 2009 with the aim to produce the teachers for future generations. Its location is Kharora Highway, Gullu, Aarang, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This is a co-educational institute, duly recognised by NCTE. The courses offered are B.Ed, M.A. Education, and Ph.D. in Education. With a faculty strength of 5, MATS School of Education has the aim of offering quality education and creating future torchbearers of education. 

MATS School of Education provides facilities such as canteen, library, laboratory, etc., all working toward enriching the learning environment for students. It has separate hostels for boys and girls, thus providing an ideal setting for comfortable living that would help develop their personalities and concentrate on studies. The central library is a reservoir of knowledge with the latest subject books, journals, research papers, and study materials. Students who are more inclined towards sports and fitness will find that there are both indoor and outdoor sports facilities available in the college, which includes a properly equipped gymnasium. The infrastructure in IT is also up to the mark, with Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms and computer laboratories that permit students to remain connected without any hitch and make full use of online resources. There is a cafeteria in the campus that offers tasty snacks and soft drinks. The cafeteria also serves as an outlet for students to take a break and indulge in debates. The college also takes care of the students' health with 24-hour medical facilities. There is also an in-house ambulance that may be availed in case of emergencies. 

MATS School of Education offers three full-time courses, each catering to a different level of educational pursuit. The two-year B.Ed. is designed to generate a teaching profession. For those who are interested and want in-depth knowledge about educational theories and practices, the two-year M.A. Education  is available. The institute also offers a Ph.D. in Education, a six-year programme meant for aspiring researchers and academicians in the field of education. 

Admission into MATS School of Education is based on merits for different courses. Admission to the B.Ed course shall be based on the CG Pre-B.Ed. Entrance Test; thus only qualified candidates will get selected. For Ph.D. in Education, candidates have to clear an entrance test.
