My experience at M. Kumarasamy College of Engineering has been quite positive overall. The college has decent infrastructure with well-equipped classrooms, laboratories, and a library that provides useful academic resources. The campus is maintained well, and basic facilities like Wi-Fi are available, though connectivity can sometimes be inconsistent. The faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive. Most of them are approachable and willing to help students both inside and outside the classroom. The teaching quality is generally good, but it may vary slightly depending on the department. The curriculum is structured well, though adding more practical and industry-oriented content would make it even better. The college provides essential facilities such as hostel accommodation, sports areas, and a canteen. Hostel life is manageable, but improvements in food quality and maintenance would make it more comfortable for students.

I am currently pursuing B.Tech in Information Technology at M. Kumarasamy College of Engineering. I chose this course because I am interested in software development and emerging technologies, and IT offers strong career opportunities in the tech industry.The quality of teaching is generally good. Most faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive, and they explain concepts clearly. They are approachable and help students with doubts and academic guidance. However, the teaching approach is sometimes more theory-based, so students need to take extra initiative to gain practical knowledge through self-learning, projects, and online resources.The curriculum covers important subjects related to programming, data structures, databases, and networking, which helps build a solid foundation. It is fairly updated, but including more industry-oriented training, real-time projects, and hands-on sessions would improve students’ readiness for jobs in the IT sector.

The quality of placements at the college is generally good, especially for IT and computer-related branches. The college has a dedicated placement cell that provides training in aptitude, communication skills, and interview preparation, which helps students get ready for campus recruitment. A good percentage of students get placed every year. Recent reports suggest that around 90%+ of students who opt for placements are placed, with figures like 825 out of 891 students getting jobs in 2024.

The college campus is spacious and well-maintained, spread across a large area of around 50 acres, providing a peaceful and green environment for students. The infrastructure is good, with modern classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, a large library, and proper IT facilities that support academic learning.One of the best features of the campus is its wide range of facilities. The college provides hostels for both boys and girls, sports grounds, a gym, cafeteria, medical center, and transport services. The library has a vast collection of books and digital resources, which is very helpful for students. The campus environment is calm and suitable for studying, and there is good encouragement for maintaining discipline.

The infrastructur of my college is decent but not outstanding. Classrooms are spacious and fine. Labs could be more updated as some equipements are outdated. Need to Improve infra to match modern standards. As my college is situated in the cleanest city of india, it very clean and food is also hygenic.

I am studying 4th semester subjects of a Computer Science Brach. Academic at my college are decent and give a good basic understanding of subjects. Faculty members are really helpful and knowledgeable while others are more average so the learning experience can vary. Overall academics are okay but you need to be proactive and learn beyond the classroom to trolley grow/

Placement send my college some companies do visit the campus but most of them offer basic packages students who have strong skills and prepare on their own to get better opportunities the college provides some support but it's not enough if you rely on only on it. approx 20 to 25% students are placed and the maximum package offered was about 20 LPA.

Campus life is decent and enjoyable if you get involved. there are some events and activities in the overall environment is friendly various hackathons and competitions occur in my college, Campus life is good but depends a lot on your own participation

Overall I would rate my college around 6 out of 10 it's a decent place if you are self motivated but there is definitely for improvement infrastructure placement and practical exposure.

i will give four star rating for my college because of some improper conditions 1.yes my college have all necessary infracture, Facilities and equipment but they are not that good they just meet the criteria. 2.yes all the given mentioned facilities are present in my college but they wont function properly just as above; Wi-Fi wont work properly,there arent any smartboards present in our college all of their maintainance is not done properly 3.yes they are mostly hygenic but in cases of any celebrations or any events it takes longer than usual for cleaing the mess

1.Quality of our placements is very best 2. almost 90-95% of our students will be placed. the highrst packages are 46LPA for 2 students from amazon one students is from CSE and the other is from CSD 3.our average salary is about 5.05 LPA. YES the placements process is is easy and pleasant for me. My college was completelysupportive

one of the cons of this course is you will be having a bad campus life or simply you will not have any campus life except 4-5 days paradox fest which comes every year , you will have to study from your home and give exam at your nearest centre so the campus life is poor

I have heard that they have moderate placements. The seniors of this college think that most of the students crack average packages ranging from 3-4 lakh when it comes to bcom. The rest 1% may crack 6-7 lakh pa package.

The infrastructure in my college is quite good.we have clean classrooms and also washrooms.we have WiFi facility in both college and hostel and sometimes the signal is a bit slow.coming to hostels,as a first time hostler I am satisfied with this and it's really a good infrastructured campus.

Basically I am 1st year ECE student and as I am in 1st year all the subjects for 1st years is same. The teachers here are well knowledged people and mostly doctorates. The curriculum in my college is updated and developed accordingly. As per my opinion here the ECE faculty are quite good at their subject and we can build a strong basic knowledge here and it will be definitely useful in future.

Though it's a women's college,the placements are higher. Recently a student got 59lpa. Average package is 44lpa. Our college placements focuses on every branch and we get more placements in cse and it's Specializations with high packages. Not only specializations but also it focuses on core branches. Yes my college is supportive for students.

The sohm part is very very very good it has colors and round up sotting arrangement but the other school area is very yellow and some parts even need construction.
