I would like to tell you that colleges like MAMC, VMMC, UCMS are amongst the prestigious medical colleges in India and your chances of admission highly depend upon your state of domicile and category.

Getting a seat with AIQ is a bit difficult if your category is general however if you belong to delhi then there are high changes as you'll have advantage of 85% state quota.

Here is a list of various government medical colleges in Delhi and their respective cut offs for admission under the All India quota for the general category in 2018. You can expect a similar cut off this year too. Hence with a rank of 1047 your chances seem less under All India quota.
If you havw state quota then you havw a good chanc.
