Hi, Factors determining the cut off:

1. The total number of candidates who appeared in the entrance examination
2. Availability of Seats
3. Previous year’s cutoff trends
4. The difficulty level of examination

For 2020 rank was up to 7300 for other state and 18230 for home state. So, there are chances that you will get the seat.
