Category	Minimum Qualifying Percentile
Unreserved (UR)	50th Percentile
Unreserved Physically Handicapped (UR-PH)	45th Percentile
Scheduled Caste (SC)	40th Percentile
Scheduled Tribe (ST)	40th Percentile
Other Backward Classes (OBC)	40th Percentile

What do you mean by OBC and SC cut off

first of all which state are you applying in and whether you are applying via the 85% state quota 15% all India quota will have to be taken into consideration

The SC cutoff for the state like Delhi might be around 590 out of 720 but the OBC cutoff for state like West Bengal could be around 460 out of 720 as per the latest cutoffs from the year 2018 especially if you are opting for one of the peripheral government colleges

instead of focusing on what should your cutoff be based on your reservation quota you should be aiming to maximize your potential by answering as many questions positively and minimising your negative marks in the exam through proper question selection and time management skills attained by  giving MCQ examinations
