Hope you are doing well!! See in this stage everyone gets confused and regarding which branch you want to take in my aspect you should go for Electronics and Communication engineering. And if you are interested in construction, design etc then you should go for civil engineering and if you are interested in mechanical systems, materials etc then you should go for mechanical engineering. So it's upto you in which subject or in what profession you are interested. Basically in electronics it deals with electronic circuits, devices, signals etc. And in IT it deals with programming, software development etc. But in electronics there is a little profit as it has little contribute in almost every stream. You will be having more job opportunities. Not talking about all these i would like to say go for that stream in which you feel yourself comfortable and confident. Hope these will help you.
