If you want to write UPSC exams, you should complete your Graduation in any discipline with a minimum period of 3 years. 1 year degree is not counted. 2 years D Pharma and 1 year BA will not be considered as 3 years Graduation. You should do BA completely for 3 years or select any other course which is atleast 3 years duration. Distance courses are allowed but not those courses that are completed in 1 year. They are not considered eligible.
