I have a diploma course and i want to study 4 year btech not lateral entry can i do this

And i also wants to study in dtu after diploma not +2 and as 4 year btech ( fresher not lateral)

No, you can't do 4year btech degree. For 4year btech you need to study +2. The only way you have lateral entry to persue btech.
