Hello Aspirant,
Eligibility for admission is 10+2 (PCM) with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized board. Final admission is based on the score in JEE Main followed by Joint Admission Counselling (JAC).
So, you will be eligible for admission in DTU if yo score well in jee.
