i will tell you both the importance of the colleges and after all i will tell you to go for which college regarding computer science

IIEST:

IIEST is commonly known as IIEST shibpur ranked '21A' among engineering colleges in india by NIRF. 

. it was ranked 19 th rank among all engineering colleges in india.

. jadavpur university:

1) jadavpur university ranked 12th rank among all engineering institutes in india.

2) since it is giving a best education and has a high ranking with high rating, the college offers best courses regarding engineering .

To sum up,  jadavpur university also ranks top 10 regarding best teaching in computer science engineering. 

so,  after above clear description, jadavpur is high in all aspects and especially it is very good CSE  department .

so i suggest jadavpur university is better to tale CSE course  .
