Are placement opportunities same for both Computer science engineering and information science engineering at BMS College of engineering

Information technology is more of a coding subject rather than theory. Whereas Computer science engineering deals with theory as well as coding in equal aspects. Placement opportunities will be more or less equal to Information technology as well as computer science engineering.
CSE have more scope. And during termination a CSE student is given a second thought whereas for IT students are not given much second thought.
Everything that matters is your skill.
