The ignou forms for ug programmes will be soon out in July the dates are yet not known but most probably it will be rolled out in first or second week of July.
Ignou is a good option for distance Education, it has some allotted centres where classes are conducted weekly you can attend these classes if possible.
Please keep checking the official site of ignou to get details about the rolling out of forms.
