No, MHTCER Scores are not applicable for Admission and Counselling to NIT, IIIT or GFTIs in Maharashtra. MHTCET is accepted by State Engineering Colleges and Universities under DTE Maharashtra. For NIT, IIIT, GFTIs you need JEE Main Scorecard.
