Congratulations!! You have scored good marks in NEET 2020. With 600 marks, your All India Rank will be around  7100 to 8800 approximately. You can get many good government medical college with this rank. Since you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming that you are from the general category. Getting a seat in AIIMS will be tough as competition is very high. You should apply for counseling. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
