Govind Singh Indraprastha University situated at Dwarka is a good government institute with NAAC a grade. Bachelor of Business administration course costs 3.3 lakhs and there are total 300+ seats. On the other hand Delhi University is one of the top premium institutes in overall India with NAAC A+ great and it is a government central University itself. The course costs approx 90000 in total. Being a Central University obviously I told you to prefer this college over other colleges. But obviously the subject matter because if you don't like the subject you can't achieve it or can't complete it. So in the end it depends upon you.
