Greetings !
Both the colleges are good . However there are certain factor to be compare-

Ranking- BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore has higher ranking than vishakapatnam institute of technology, Pune.
Fees- fees for ece course is higher in vit ,Pune.
campus size- Vit, Pune is spreaded over large area.
Placement- both the colleges have good placement stats. However BMSCE show higher average package i.e. approx 7 to 8 lakh.

On above basis, BMSCE will be better to opt.Also its position favours the value of incoming company.
