As per your query , I would glad to inform you that once you got seat from All india quota it is impossible or no meaning of applying in state quota as you will not be eligible for it because it will be highly unfair for students who are in state counselling ,counselling should be fair for all thats y I would advise you to go for with your seat with your conviction
