Hope you are doing great ! Yes after diploma you can do btech ,also if you are a diploma holder then you can also take admission directly in 3rd semester of btech means in second year ,it is the benefit to have a diploma ,it is good also as you can save your one year but you would be getting additional subjects like M1, M2 again and you need to clear it then proceed with your regular subjects.It can ba a disadvantage to you and many other aspirants
