Hi aspirant

IISER provide only two courses in science stream i.e Bachelor of Science(4 year programme) and BSMS(Dual degree of Bachelor of science and Masters).

So you cannot do Btech here rather you can do BS i.e Bachelor of Science.

Hi,
      Look it's totally depends on your interest. In comparison of btech & IISER those are completety different fields. Btech is a professional degree, Technology based &  IISER is research based.
So, you choose. If you have heat interest in study & you can study a good amount of time in a day & you have not hurry to get a job then go FOR IISER. Because it takes time to get establish.
On the other hand, btech is completely professional . If you like technology or coding, if you're hurry to get a job with good packages, like coding etc; then definitely go for btech in top colleges like IIT, NIT, IIIT other good government colleges etc.
