I think your question is incomplete because obviously,you can get CSE,infact any branch on the basis of COMEDK in Bangalore. All the colleges accepts COMEDK score for admission to different branches. All you need to really worry is the rank you get because you get branch according to your rank and to add up,CSE is the most top-notch branch of every college all over India as it is everyone's first priority. So logically,you need to have a really high score if you want to take up CSE in any college.

In RNS Institute of Technology, Bangalore admissions are given on the basis of COMDEK UGET rank for CSE.

If you want to get seat in this college you should get around 9972 rank based on 2017 cutoff for CSE branch under GM category or 22642 rank under HK Category. Cutoffs varies from year to year.
