Yes you can get Admission with JEE main marks. If your scores are decent enough you might get a good college with a good branch in any part of the country, or you can use the leverage of home state quota and get a college in Jharkhand itself. In case you can't get into government colleges, there are still a lot of private colleges which accept JEE scores, you can apply into them. And in Ase you are still eligible for JEE advanced, you can go for it .The cutoff fixed by the NTA for qualifying to JEE advanced , for OBC candidate is, 74.3 percentile.
