For getting NIT it totally depends on your JEE Main Rank.You have not written your rank in the query.

You can also check yourself it in the website also so that you can get the idea that you will get the college or not.

With this rank it will be difficult for you to get admission in any NIT or IIIT. Even if you are able tobgrab admission there still you will not be able to get a good branch  hence, my recommendation to you is that you should look for GFTI and other state and private universities where you might have a better chance of getting admission.
