can I get admission in delhi university in 2nd year(3rd semester) by completing 1st year from ip university. Please tell

Hello Aspirant,
No you can't. To get admission in Delhi university you have to start over from semester one i.e first year. This is because the curriculum, eligibility, course might differ in both the universities and also it is against the guidelines of Delhi university.
