According to your neet score it will be very different for you to get any of these seats at all India level quota whether in private or in government college.

As far as state is concerned you may get bams or bhms in private colleges considering that you Are from obc category.Also that depends a lot in which state you belong .But in any state private colleges should be available because most of the time there seats are not even filled due to high fees demand .
