In wbjee all the seats are alloted on the basis of GMR rank and not your category rank

This is very difficult to predict which college you will get because cut off  keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like

--------) number of students that appeared in the WBJEE exam

--------)difficulty level of the WBJEE examination

--------)Kind of marks obtained by the students in the WBJEE exam

--------) number of students from different categories etc

There are only two colleges under WB offering agriculture engineer which are listed below with wbjee 2019 , round 3 , closing general rank for obc- B

• Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswa Vidyalaya:- 5749

• Uttar Banga Krishi Viswa Vidyalaya:-8994

So, with your 15k general rank , considering your category as obc-B, you have very low chances for agricultural engineering

with you rank you have chances in

• Cooch Behar Government Engineering College,  civil engineering-17137
• Govt. College Of Engg. & Textile Technology, Berhampore,  textile engineering-18383

The cutoff changes every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,diffiulty level of paper,previous year cutoff trends,total no.of seats etc  .but based on previous year analysis we can help you with the chances of colleges you can have for your rank. based on your rank your branch preference you have tough chances to fetch seat in agricultural engineering.The least cutoff is 8994 in  uttar banga krishi vishvavidyalaya last year.you have chances in other branches with your rank.
