At least 580 marks in Neet is required to get seat through all India quota for MBBS if you belong to general category. And if you have reservations, then you can expect a seat through AIQ. You can try for state counselling as under state quota the cutoffs are usually low compared to AIQ. With the marks that you have mentioned, it will be difficult to get a seat in any government college for 15% All India Quota Seats.
