I am sorry but at this rank it is virtually impossible to get computer science and engineering or even information technology in Institute of Engineering and Technology Lucknow. At this rank it would be difficult to get CSE in most decent colleges of UPTU.

For VIT Vellore CSE you should get a rank of at maximum 11000 in the VITEEE exam to get admission under category 1 slab.
