Yes, your family income makes you eligible for a significant scholarship at BITS Pilani. Their Merit-cum-Needs (MCN) Scholarship offers a 100% fee waiver for students with an annual family income of less than INR 4 lakh.

Less than INR 4 lakh: 100% fee waiver
INR 4 lakh to INR 8 lakh: 75% fee waiver
INR 8 lakh to INR 10 lakh: 50% fee waiver
INR 10 lakh to INR 15 lakh: 25% fee waiver
