As per your requirement, i would say that as mentioned above your qualification details, No, you can not join Indian Army after failing in 12th board examination. The academic eligibility criteria for NDA exam is that candidate must have passed 12th board examination. To be eligible for Navy and Air Force , he must have studied Physics and Mathematics.
