Sorry to say but without Qualifying jee mains you won't be able to get admission into any of the nits as their admission process is strictly based on Jee mains rank but you may try some other private colleges like BITs, SRM, VIT, Manipal University, Galgotias University LPU etc, there are many colleges that take admissions without Jee Mains but NITs aren't among them. If you want to know details about the admissions into any of these colleges then feel free to ask.

No, it's not possible without jee mains all you have to do is to qualify  jee mains above 200 marks.
