Yes you can migrate from Rayat College of Law, Ropar whichis affiliated to Panjab University to PU campus in the subsequent semesters. But your chances totally depend on the number of vacancies which arise. You can never be sure of the number of vacant seats as they differ each year. Also you need to be one of the top scorers in your Batch to have chances for migration as it is done on merit and the competition is high.
