Hello aspirant,

You can participate in All India Quota Counselling and State Quota Counselling. Through All India Quota Counselling 15 percentage of Centeral Universities seats, Deemed Universities, AIIMS, JIPMER, ESIC, etc will be filled. Remaining 85 percentage of seats will be filled by State Quota Counselling.

As you got College in Round 2 of All India Quota Counselling, you can still apply for Round 2 of Uttar Pradesh State NEET Counselling. You can apply for Uttar Pradesh State NEET Counselling round 2 for upgradation if you have already hot seat in round 1 and if you have not got seat in round 1 then also you can apply for round 2.
