Yes any sate students are applicable for wbjee exam.

In order to get admission in Government colleges you should have the domicile of West Bengal. Other state students can apply for WBJEE Entrance Exam but they will be eligible only for the private colleges of West Bengal. You can check the further information with the given below link.
