Yeah! Generally private colleges take candidates who scored well and based on All India Rank (AIR) in the NEET UG Exam . Further they will give chances to the open to all categories like management quota e.t.c. and some of the colleges also offers seats in NRI Quota .

Different colleges have different admission Procedures so, they follow that and take candidates .
